God that gear looks amazing, perfect for a hunter! Finally a set to look forward to that I dont have to xmog out of
I was thinking the same thing. Much better than the PvE sets.
The models for the Season 12 and the Dungeon Challenge mode sets have been switched. I’ve changed the header image to reflect this.
I’m no PVP expert, but seeing that the leatherworkers set has a 4 piece bonus, and seeing nothing that really seems to make up for the PVP power you’d lose by replacing it with the gladiator sets, would I be right in thinking youd be better off with 4 pieces of gladiator and 4 contender than you would in pure glad, or is there something I’m missing?
The Contender’s set crafted by lw doesn’t have a set bonus or any PvP power (at least not at this time)… you might be looking at the Gladiator set bonuses?
it doesnt show on these tooltips, but follow the wowhead links, then follow from the spell to the actual crafted items, and they do
You’re right. Thank you for pointing that out. I had originally linked the lw patterns as a convenience because the crafting mats were included, but apparently the set bonuses aren’t added to them yet, so I’ve just changed the links to the crafted items instead of the patterns and the set bonuses are now visible.
Bit unfortunate that that was necessary, but least its sorted now.
But the original question still stands – is it gonna be most effective to aim for both set bonuses? Or is there something I’ve missed?
None of the Dreadful Gladiator Ranged Weapons listed are in the game :(
It appears that while the tootips for the Dreadful weapons were added to the game, the weapons were not added to the vendors. I’ve removed them from the list.
