Hey. I answered this question in the comments in the video.
The timer box is a modified Event Horizon. The focus bar and subsequent cooldown trackers on the top of my timer box is JSHB.
My MoC activation timer is controlled by WeakAuras, since EventHorizon can’t track manual timers and the MoC debuff isn’t working properly.

Tx for your answer but i dont think it is either of those unless you can set them up like that. It looks like the addon is like rolling the who fight. And not just on a needtoknow bases if you know what i mean. it looks more like a heartbeat monitor.
